This LDS Regional 30+ Single Adult Conference is sponsored by the Nauvoo Illinois Stake. The October 29 - 31, 2010 weekend conference includes:
- 2 evening dances (nice casual & semi-formal)
- pre-dance instruction
- great food
- keynote speaker
- morning workshops
- afternoon Nauvoo Temple sessions
- afternoon touring of Nauvoo/Carthage
- afternoon Handcart Trek
- Sunday testimony meeting
- Nauvoo Pumpkin Walk
A revised registration deadline has been extended to October 25, 2010; otherwise pay $45 at door. (scroll down for more info)
Camp Nauvoo is a campground that also has cabins, showers, bathrooms, a main lodge, and cafeteria. If you decide to sleep at a cabin bunk there, the cost is $12/person/night. You will need your own sheets, blanket, and pillow (or sleeping bag).
For only $3 more per night, you can also stay at Nauvoo Inn & Suites, a regular hotel. Several suites are reserved there for conference attendees. Each suite contain 3 - 4 semi-private bedrooms each. Suites will be designated either male of female.
Simply "Google" Nauvoo Inn & Suites to obtain their toll free #. Ask for Vicki, and just tell them you're attending the conference to get the $15/night/person rate.
Conference check-in and mixer activities on Friday night, October 29, 2010 will be at Camp Nauvoo.
